Today we have music tempo cards—8 to a page. These cards are a perfect size for little hands to use in so different ways. Try using these in small groups as a match up game, memory or ordering from slow to fast. They are also great for using as a whole class. Try the “mix, freeze, group” game. Give out the cards to each student, but make sure that you have pairs of each part you have handed out. Start some music and ask the students to walk around and exchange the cards. Then when the music stops, they freeze and wait for your instruction—Italian term/definition match, or group to have the class in order of ??? together or whatever you choose.

Now after you have downloaded, make sure you earn yourself some TPT credits and go and give me some feedback!

Don’t forget to tell your friends about these free gifts, they will disappear on January 2, so get in quick!

You can also become a follower of this blog by entering your email details in the box, that way you will get another reminder of the new gift each day.

I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend and High School Music Teacher. I have an understanding husband, two grown up children and one cat. I love the country life, especially as I can look out my back door and enjoy a beautiful view of cows ansd pasture. What is even better is that I enjoy the view without the cost! It's my neighbours' property. I am a classically trained Opera singer, but very rarely sing in that style. I love singing and will gladly sing at the drop of a hat. I play the guitar, although strictly rhythm these days, no solos, and enjoy my Tuesday night African drumming class down the road - it is great therapy! I love working with my students to help them see the best in themselves. I love my job and actually enjoy creating resources for my students.
